Building Control Applications

The Building Regulations Control Acts 1990-2014 require that a building owner must comply with the Building Regulations for all buildings or works.

Ruxton Architectural are registered under Part 5 of the Building Control Act to provide the services of both an Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier and issue Certificates of Compliance with Design, Inspection, Certification and completion. Online submission to the Building Control Management System BCMS is provided.
