We  carefully consider layout, appropriate house design and good construction as these are the cornerstones of this heritage. The first stage of the process in considering a new build or renovating includes a site/property survey/visit, a discussion of the client brief, and provision of an sketch designs. Once the sketch design has been agreed we arrange a pre-planning meeting with the local authorities to discuss the scheme. Once agreed, the detailed design is undertaken and a planning application is prepared.
