We were commissioned to design and project manage to completion a development of 17 spacious Georgian style town houses.

The georgian design reflects an existing presence of this style of architecture within the urban area in  Monaghan town.  To the rear of the site, two blocks of terraced dwellings containing four and five houses were orientated to face each other and overlook a central green area. The development comprises social & affordable units. The external wall finish is an antique weathered brick with hardwood painted Georgian style front door with fan & side lights, with sliding sash windows and natural slate to roof. The basement portion of the three-storey dwellings are finished with horizontal raised plaster bands. Two green areas are provided each side of the main access road.
