Fort Singleton House – Restoration - Emyvale

Architect Monaghan and CavanWe were commissioned to design an extension and seek planning approval for the refurbishment of this stately home.

The house has not been inhabited for some time and has fallen into a in a poor state of repair. The current owners  wished to sympathetically preserve and restore this protected structure internally and externally to its former glory. This project is on-going.
